Requirements

Partners are requested to commit to at least two of the following requirements in order to achieve the common goal of Total Customer Satisfaction.

Partner Plan
Each of the alliances is built around an effective Business Plan and Performances Tracking. All expectations are set and mapped at the beginning of the partnership and published in a Partner Plan. The most critical objectives are tracked and reviewed every month.

All Partnerships are set on measurable / quantitative objectives with revenue and other numbers assigned. Renewal of the partnerships will depend upon the achievement of the Partner Plan.
Cegedim Relationship Management Expert Ready
Consulting partners need to go through specific education paths. Each trained consultant is required to go through a certification process. The number of certified partners is agreed upon and highlighted in the Partner Plan. There are various level of Certification.
Complete Cegedim Relationship Management Ready Program
Complementary software providers are requested to be involved and co-lead the integration effort and to provide necessary assets to build the integration. Cegedim Relationship Management checks the Technical and Marketing Readiness of the value added solutions. It also cross-checks the following:

- Adequate documentation of the partner solution
- Conformance to document standards
- Uncompromised data integrity / security between solutions
- Repeatable installation
Event Sponsorships
Cegedim Relationship Management’s customers and prospects in the Life Sciences industry represent a large potential market for complementary solutions and products. Customer marketing programs allow Alliance Partners to reach this group, and partners are eligible to sponsor and participate in Cegedim Relationship Management events. Alliance partners may invite their own customers and prospects to these events.
Sizing
To provide customers with accurate recommendations, Cegedim Relationship Management Strategic Platform Partners may need to determine sizing requirements for use of their platform products with Cegedim Relationship Management business applications. Developing accurate sizing models requires significant investments in personnel and equipment from the partner. Cegedim Relationship Management expects partners to invest in sizing to ensure customer success.
Support for Hardware Integration
Technology Providers are expected to provide technical support and work on the integration of their hardware or devices with Cegedim Relationship Management business applications
