Partner Enablement
The Cegedim Relationship Management Alliance Program enables consulting, technology, and software companies to engage Cegedim Relationship Management and its customers with offerings that complement Cegedim Relationship Management applications and service offerings.
Training
Cegedim Relationship Management requires expertise to position, demonstrate, interface and integrate Cegedim Relationship Management’s business applications. There will be a training discount for each annual contract term. In addition, Cegedim Relationship Management will advise on training paths, building skills and capacity.
Demo and Development License
Upon demonstrating their product knowledge, Cegedim Relationship Management Alliance Partners will be eligible to receive selected Cegedim Relationship Management software and documentation for demonstration purposes and interoperability testing. Cegedim Relationship Management will provide limited use software licenses to assist partners in creating and testing customized demonstrations and/or software interfaces.
Access to Support
Upon having received training, Cegedim Relationship Management will provide access to Support and Pre-Sales for technical advice, including a specific point of contact.
Partner Advisory Board
Once a year partners are invited to a forum where directions, strategy, product roadmap, and competition are discussed. This forum is a unique opportunity for Alliance Partners to provide feedback on any subject to improve the Cegedim Relationship Management partnering program strategy and tactics.
Alliances Point of Contacts and Update
The Alliance Service Team works with the appropriate Cegedim Relationship Management organizations to support partners. Cegedim Relationship Management Alliance Partners receive a partner newsletter via email which highlights product updates, news releases, new partnerships, educational events, and promotes upcoming marketing opportunities.
Executive Sponsor
Every Partnership has an executive sponsor from Cegedim Relationship Management. The sponsor will participate in meetings, and is the point of escalation in case an issue cannot be solved through classic channels and established governance.
