• Completion of Best in Class, Complementary Solutions
  This phase is about driving the Cegedim Relationship Management Ready Expert Consultants Program and Cegedim Relationship Management Ready Solutions. These are critical for customers because they ensure a best-in-class total solution offering.
   
• Promotion and Push to the Market
  This phase ensures that partnerships will be promoted through marketing, public relations and lead generation campaigns.
   
• Selling Phases
  This phase is about ensuring that our Pre-Sales and Sales teams are knowledgeable on the joint offerings, confirming execution as agreed upon in a Business Plan. The goal is common success by joining efforts.
